Me in the Making: 08.11

i have a love for sad, breakup songs, depressing music. i don't know why haha but that's just what i like to listen to most of the time?? i get inspiration and a determination to be the opposite of the song, or i can totally relate to it. i never have just one single song that i just love, i have probably ten at a time and they're all different in meaning. one of the songs that i really like right now is called skyscraper by demi lovato. i love this song, and i can totally relate to somethings that are in the lyrics. i like how this songs says no matter what you do to me and how much you don't seem to care i can beat or undergo whatever you have in store for me and i will not fall, i'll keep raising myself to the sky! enjoy.

Last years summer was probably the best summer of my life so far. This summer can't even compare! work. work. work. and more work.

work seems to be the only thing i'm doing. It feels like a routine everyday. i will give you a little taste of what my average day would be like. 1. waking up probably around 10ish, or whenever my little brother comes in and wakes me up wanting to play. 2. I wander around the house finding something interesting to do with my time. 3. I usually find myself eating food, or cleaning. 4. Playing with my younger brothers quinn and isaac. 5. facebook for an hour or two. 6. going to work at tuacahan, and working the long hours into the night. 7. coming home and smelling like sweat, popcorn, and plastic gloves, and maybe taking a shower just depending how tired i am (gross i know, but who cares!). 8. finding something to eat. 9. facebook again... 10. staying up late watching some of my record tv series (teen wolf, vampire diaries, sweet home alabama, addicted, and say yes to the dress.) 11. going to bed.

My life. ha.

BUT

the one thing i have been looking forward to this summer is my tag-along trip to california!!

my aunt and uncle invited me to go with them to palm springs for a week with some extended family members as well. sunshine, food, tanning, and more sunshine! It was so much fun, and totally the highlight of my summer this year.
